Light vegetable lasagna
Here is the recipe to make a light vegetable lasagna,a delicious light dish made with fresh Vegetable Recipes, easy to make, perfect for lunch.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 7 points / person –
3 carrots 1 celery root 1 leek 2 garlic cloves 1 onion 400 g of crushed, hulled tomatoes 2 tablespoons of tomato paste 200 ml of white wine 180 g of lasagna sheets 2 teaspoons of olive oil salt, pepper
Preparation:
Start by heating the olive oil in a pan, then sauté the chopped onion and garlic.
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, 100 ml of white wine, salt and pepper and then cook for 10 minutes.
Cut the carrots, celery and leek into thin strips and then cook them in a pan with the remaining white wine for 8 minutes.
In a rectangular pan, place the lasagne sheets, Vegetable Recipes and tomato sauce alternately.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Remove and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese then return to the oven for 20 minutes.
