Light veal osso bucco

This is the recipe for light veal osso bucco, a dish of Milanese origin, made with veal shank and Vegetable Recipes. This dish is served with a creamy sauce slightly lemony, well flavored and very easy to prepare.
Ingredients for 4 parts:
4 SP – Green / 2 SP – Blue / 2 SP – Purple
400 g veal shank 2 onions 1 clove of garlic 3 carrots 2 tomatoes 20 g flour 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 stalk of celery 2 teaspoons lemon zest 1 glass dry white wine 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 2 teaspoons light butter Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put the flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag, then add the pieces of meat and shake the bag to flour them well.
Put the olive oil in a casserole dish then brown the pieces of meat in it, then slice the carrots, chop the celery and onions and add everything to the casserole dish.
Add the white wine, cover the casserole dish then let it simmer for 5 minutes, then add the water and the peeled and cube tomatoes. Cover then let cook for 1 hour.
Add the butter, lemon zest and parsley, stir then let cook for 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, serve this light veal osso bucco dish with rice and sautéed Vegetable Recipes.
