Light Tuna and Gorgonzola Pie

This is the recipe for Tuna and Gorgonzola Light Pie, a savory, tuna-based pie that is easy and simple to prepare, perfect to serve with a salad for a light meal.
Ingredients for 6 people:
1 light pie crust ( recipe here ) 180 g tuna au naturel 100 g diced gorgonzola 1 tablespoon plain yogurt 0% 1 onion 2 eggs 2 teaspoons olive oil chopped parsley salt, pepper
Preparation:
Spread the dough in a pie pan and then prick it with a fork.
Then peel and chop the onion.
In a pan heat the olive oil then fry the onion for 10 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the yoghurt then salt and pepper.
Add the drained tuna, the golden onion, the diced gorgonzola and the parsley then mix.
Pour the preparation into the bottom of the pie then spread with a spatula.
Then bake in a hot oven at 180°C for about 25 to 30 minutes.
