Light Tiramisu with cottage cheese

For today’s dessert we offer you this recipe for light cottage cheese tiramisu. Weight Watchers compatible dessert with few points.
You can prepare this tiramisu ahead of time and leave it in the fridge until you are ready to serve, for example you can prepare everything in the evening and serve the next day as a dessert after lunch.
Ingredients for 4 parts:
150 g cottage cheese 0% 50 g mascarpone 1 cup coffee 2 eggs 1 tablespoon sugar 9 spoon cookies A little cocoa powder for decoration
Preparation:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then put the yolks in a bowl, add the sugar and mix well. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the mascarpone and cottage cheese to the egg yolks, then gently add the stiff whites and mix everything together.
Dip 3 cookies in the coffee and place them in a plate, pour over them a little cream, then dip another 3 cookies in the coffee and place them in the plate.
Dump some more cream, then dip the last 3 cookies in the coffee and place them in the plate. Pour over what you have left of the cream.
Sprinkle the cocoa on top of your light cottage cheese tiramisu, then place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
