Cake like a puff, quick and easy.
1.
Separate 6 eggs into whites and yolks, add 100g cane sugar to the yolks and mix, whip the whites until creamy, mix everything together, add half a teaspoon of baking soda, 90g grated coconut, 180g of ground poppy seeds, mix.

Pour into the cake tin and pop into the oven at 180 for about half an hour.

When the cake is done, cut through, spread with cherry jam, bind together and sprinkle with icing sugar.
