Here is the recipe for Light Mushroom Clafoutis, a delicious and easy to make savory clafoutis to serve as an appetizer or even as a main course accompanied by a salad.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 5 points / person –
250 g sliced button mushrooms 1 chopped shallot 2 teaspoons olive oil 3 eggs 250 cl skimmed milk 3 tablespoons flour 40 g parmesan cheese basil salt, pepper
Preparation:
In a frying pan heat the olive oil then fry the shallot.
Then add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk and add the flour, parmesan, basil, salt and pepper then mix well.
Add the mushrooms and shallot then mix.
Pour the preparation into a dish previously covered with greaseproof paper then bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
