Light lemon cake

The light lemon cake is easy to prepare in a few minutes. In our recipe we use no sugar and just a little fat.

Ingredients 8 parts:

175 g flour 150 g low-fat yogurt 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon sunflower oil 2 egg whites grated zest and juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons sweetener for the topping

Preparation:

In a bowl mix well the flour, yogurt, sunflower oil, lemon juice, zest and sweetener.

Mix the egg whites until stiff.

Then gently fold them into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 30 min at 180°C, keeping an eye on.
