Leek is one of the flagship Vegetable Recipes of winter, that’s why we decided to offer you the recipe for leek fondue light, creamy and melting and ideal to accompany your de dishes of fish, poultry and meat
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 whites of leeks 1 onion 2 tablespoons of low-fat cream 5% 1 teaspoon of mustard 1 tablespoon of olive oil Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Wash the whites of leeks and then cut them finely.
In a casserole dish heat the olive oil then add the leek pieces, salt, pepper and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat while stirring.
Add the cream and mustard then stir and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve your dish with steamed or planked salmon.
