Light doughnuts
Follow the recipe and make these light diet donuts, an easy and simple recipe to make.
Ingredients: 24 doughnuts
500 g flour 150 g sugar 25 g baking powder 125 ml warm milk 125 ml water 80 g butter a pinch of salt the zest of 1 lemon 20 g caster sugar
Preparation:
Pour the milk and add the yeast into a bowl, mix and let it dilute for 5 minutes. In a bowl add the flour, sugar and the milk and yeast mixture.
Mix, then add the lemon zest, soft butter in pieces, a pinch of salt and finally the water, knead for 5 minutes.
Let rise for 1 hour in the oven at 40 °.
Spread the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, then cut out 8 cm disks with a cookie cutter.
Put the doughnuts in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake these light doughnuts in a preheated oven at 180° for 12-15 minutes.
