The kids asked for something sweet, so I combined all their favourite sweets. The result was a really good dessert, give it a try 🙂
1.
First, whisk the whole eggs with the vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the oil and milk. Mix for a while. Add the granola and stir until dissolved. You can also use cocoa instead of the granola, but in that case, add a cup of granulated sugar as well. Finally, add the plain flour and baking powder. Just mix lightly and pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
2.
Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone cream. In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone, add granulated sugar to taste. I added 3 tablespoons. Stir and add the white yogurt. Finally, carefully add more whipping cream and refrigerate for now.
3.
Smear the baked cake with jam, or pour well with instant coffee to make it soft. Slice the bananas into rounds and arrange all over the top. Let the crust cool well.
4.
Divide the cream into two parts. Spread the first over the bananas. Place the biscuits (you can soak these in coffee) on top of the first layer of cream and spread the remaining cream on top. Smooth it nicely, you can sprinkle with confectionery decorations or grated chocolate. Leave to set well. Enjoy!
