Light Chicken Curry

Here is the recipe for light chicken curry, a delicious dish, without cream and milk, easy and perfect to make for a light main dish.
Ingredients for 2 people: 5 SP / person –
400 g chicken breast 200 ml defatted vegetable broth 20 g flour 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 shallot 2 tablespoons olive oil salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into pieces then flour them.
Peel the shallot then chop it.
In a frying pan heat the olive oil then fry the shallot for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken then sprinkle with curry powder, salt and pepper and let it brown for a few minutes.
Pour in the broth then let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Then serve your light chicken curry dish with cooked rice.
