Here is the recipe for Light Cherry Clafoutis, a tasty, light, fruity, soft and melt-in-your-mouth clafoutis that is easy to prepare and perfect for a totally seasonal dessert.
Ingredients for 6 people:
500 g cherries 3 eggs 2 tablespoons sweetener 100 g flour 200 ml semi-skimmed milk 2 tablespoons rum
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sweetener until frothy.
Add the vanilla extract and flour then mix well.
Add the rum and milk a little at a time, mixing until smooth.
Wash the cherries and then peel them.
Place the cherries in a dish lined with baking paper and then cover with the batter.
Then bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
