Light Cherry Clafoutis

Here is the recipe for light cherry clafoutis, a delicious light and fluffy clafoutis, seasonal, well-fruited, perfect to start the summer in style, easy and quick to make.
Ingredients for 6 people:
600 g pitted cherries 15 g melted low-fat butter 25 g 0% cottage cheese 4 eggs 200 ml skim milk 100 g flour 6 g sweetener 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sweetener and vanilla extract, then add the melted butter and cottage cheese and mix.
Then add the flour and then the milk and mix until you get a homogeneous paste.
In a mold lined with parchment paper place the cherries then pour the device on top and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove your light cherry clafoutis from the oven, let cool and then enjoy.
