Light Bredeles For Christmas recipe

Here is the recipe for light Christmas bredeles, delicious little Christmas cakes that are very fragrant and really moist and crispy at the same time. These butter-free bredeles are perfect to enjoy guilt-free throughout December.
250 g flour 3 tablespoons cottage cheese 1 egg 10 g sweetener 60 g almond powder 2 teaspoons anise flavor 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon ginger 1/4 packet baking powder 1 pinch salt
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl put the flour and almond powder then mix.
Dig a well in the center then add the pinch of salt, yeast, sweetener and cottage cheese.
Knead the dough with your fingertips then incorporate the egg and continue kneading.
Divide the dough into 3 pieces then incorporate in the first piece the aniseed, in the second the cinnamon and in the last the ginger.
Spread the doughs on a floured work surface on a thickness of 4 to 5 mm then cut out cookies with cookie cutters.
Then place the cookies in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and then bake the bredeles for 12 to 15 minutes.
Once baked, remove the light bredeles and then leave to cool and store in an airtight tin.
