Light banana and date clafoutis
Here is the recipe for light banana date clafoutis, a simple and light cake that is easy to make.
Ingredients for 2 people: – 5 points / person –
1 large ripe banana 4 fresh dates, pitted 2 eggs 1 tablespoon sweetener 50 g flour 100 ml skim milk 1 tablespoon low-fat cream 5% 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel then cut the banana into slices and the dates into pieces.
Then divide them into 2 individual dishes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, cream and vanilla extract then add the flour, sweetener then mix well.
Pour into the dishes on top of the bananas and dates then put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
