Light Apple Oatmeal Muffins

Here is the recipe for light apple and oatmeal muffins, tasty muffins, light and very filling, easy to make and perfect to enjoy for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients for 8 people:
2 apples 120 g flour 60 g oatmeal 3 tablespoons sweetener 2 eggs 120 g semi-skimmed milk 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sweetener until fluffy.
Add the milk and oil then mix.
Then add the flour, cinnamon, oatmeal and yeast then mix everything together until smooth.
Peel and core the apples then cut them into small cubes.
Add the apples to the mixture then mix and pour into paper muffin cases.
Preheat the oven to 180° then put the muffins in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
