Here is the recipe for Light Applesauce, a tasty, very light zero point applesauce that is easy and perfect to make for dessert or a snack.
Ingredients for 6 people:
8 apples 1/2 cup water 1 pinch sweetener 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and then slice them.
In a saucepan put the water and sweetener then bring to a boil.
Then add the apples and cook for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the cinnamon then simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Let it cool then serve your applesauce warm or cold.
