Here is the recipe for light and flourless cloud bread, tasty rolls made without fat and flour, easy and simple to prepare, to enjoy as a sandwich or as a sandwich.
Ingredients for 12 rolls:
2 eggs 120 g of 0% cottage cheese 3 g of baking powder 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 160°C.
Then separate the yolks and egg whites.

In another bowl beat the egg yolks with the cottage cheese then add the yeast and mix. Fold in the egg whites then gently mix.
In a baking sheet covered with parchment paper place piles of dough with a large spoon.
Then put the cloud bread in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
