1/2 kg coarse flour 2 pcs egg 1/2 litre milk a little salt a little water 20 g yeast 50 g sugar 120 g jam 200 g curd 60 g cottage cheese 60 g icing sugar to sprinkle to taste butter
procedure
1. Mix the yeast with the sugar, pour in the lukewarm milk, add a little flour and leave to rise. Then add the egg yolks, salt, lukewarm water (if necessary), the leavening, the sourdough starter, the snow and mix everything together. 2. Put in a warm place to rise. The batter must be thicker than for pancakes. Bake on a hot greased funnel tin. 3. Brush with jam, join two by two and sprinkle with cottage cheese and sugar.
