Obed full of fibre and protein.
1.
Take the lentils, rinse and soak in water overnight or for at least 2 hours before cooking. Recipe preparation time does not include this time. Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller cubes.
2.
Rinse the soaked lentils from the water, rinse several times, put them in a pot with the potatoes and cover with water. Season, add dried garlic, 2 bay leaves and boil until tender. Boil for about 15 minutes. When cooked, add salt.
3.
Whisk 1 tablespoon of flour in 100 ml of milk, add the cooking cream, stir thoroughly so that no lumps remain and add the dressing to the lentils. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Finally, season with lemon juice, sweeten to taste, add salt if necessary and set aside.
4.
Serve with ox eye, cooked smoked sausage and, if you like, with bread. Enjoy!
