Lentil soup with Vegetable Recipes

120 g lentils 1.25 litres water 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour a little ground red pepper 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 1 pk potatoes to taste salt 1/2 KL crushed cumin 1 pinch of marjoram 1 pinch of chopped thyme 1 pinch of ground black pepper 2 cloves garlic a little chopped parsley

procedure

Pre-soak the lentils in water and cook until almost tender

Fry finely chopped onion in oil, add plain flour, ground red chillies and fry. Pour in the broth and lentils and mix thoroughly. Add the cleaned and chopped root Vegetable Recipes and potato, season with salt, add cumin, marjoram, thyme, pepper and slowly bring to the boil.

Season the soup with pressed garlic and chopped parsley.
