Lentil soup with potatoes

ingredients

200 g lentils 1.5 litres water 100 g potato 40 g fat 40 g plain flour to taste salt, ground black pepper, marjoram

procedure

Boil the lentils in salted water, then add the chopped potatoes and cook until tender. Make a roux with the fat and flour, add it to the lentils, season with pepper, add the marjoram and simmer for a few more minutes.
