Lentil soup

ingredients

2 cups lentils 2 pcs potato 3 cloves garlic 1 pcs onion 4 pcs bay leaf ground black pepper salt oil plain flour ground red pepper to taste vinegar

procedure

1. Boil the lentils in a small amount of water and add more as needed. 2. Chop the potatoes, onion and clean the garlic. 3. After about half an hour, add the potatoes and whole garlic. 4. Add the bay leaves, salt and pepper. 5. Chop the onion finely and fry in the oil. Add the flour and, when cooled, the red pepper. 6. Add the red pepper flakes to the soup through a sieve and simmer for a while.
