Lentil soup

1 pk onion 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic 2 pk carrot 1 pk tomato 1 pk potato 1 KL Roman cumin 1 KL turmeric 500 g yellow lentils 1.5 litres vegetable stock 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste bread croutons

1. In a saucepan, fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil. When it caramelizes, add the crushed garlic and pepper. Then add the finely chopped Vegetable Recipes and lentils. Pour the stock over the mixture, season with salt and bring to the boil. 2. Then reduce the heat, cover the pot and simmer the soup on a low heat for about 15 minutes. When the lentils are soft, blend the soup with an immersion blender, season with salt and pepper, or dilute a little with water. 3. Serve the finished soup with bread croutons.
