250 g lentils 1.5 liters water 1 tbsp salt 600 g potatoes 3 pcs bay leaf 3 pcs allspice 4 tbsp cornstarch 150 ml soy milk 2 KL vinegar

Healthy lentil soup.
1.
Soak the washed lentils in cold water for 30 minutes, then pour off the water.
2.
Pour in 1.5 litres of new water, bring to the boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3.
Add the potatoes and cook until tender. Add allspice, bay leaf.
4.
Mix corn starch with milk, pour over lentils. Add vinegar and simmer for a while.
