Lentil risotto

ingredients

100 g rice 100 g lard to taste salt 120 g lentils 70 g Vegetable Recipes 50 g onion to taste ground black pepper

1.

Pick over the rice, wash well, steam, fry in lard, season with salt, cover with double the amount of water and boil.

Cook the lentils well washed, but be careful not to boil them.

Fry the chopped onion in lard, add the chopped Vegetable Recipes and simmer together.

Then mix everything together and serve.
