Tomato, bell pepper, onion, egg, a little parmesan and fresh herbs. The perfect breakfast.

Heat the grill in the oven well.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
3.
Slowly add and sauté the diced onion, bell pepper and finally the tomato. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
