Cesto: Beat the egg yolks, sugar, zest and juice of the lemon (pour the zest and juice over the sugar, not the egg yolks)

Whip the egg whites and lightly fold into the egg yolks, gradually fold in the flour mixed with the starch.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake 2 shells.

Cream: in a little milk mix pudding, egg, sugar.

Let the rest of the milk boil and pour in the dissolved custard, stirring constantly. Boil the porridge for a while and let it cool down.

Mix the cottage cheese, add the lemon juice and slowly stir in the custard.

Finally pour and spread the icing.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients together well (preferably with a mixer).

TIP: For the frosting, you can make strips with the melted chocolate, which can be cut with a toothpick before the frosting sets.
