Lemon or orange cream – savoury recipe

Ingredients

6 servings 5 lemons according to size, approx. 4 – 140 g of sugar semolina to taste, approx. 2 tablespoons of vanilla pudding 2 pcs. Eggs 125 g of my salt – half

Making instructions

1 Finely grate the peel of one well-cleaned lemon (only the yellow part!) and squeeze the lemon juice. You should have 140-150 ml. Put the juice, zest, sugar, cream and egg in a saucepan. Stir well and bring to the boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Leave to simmer, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes, then set the mixture aside and immediately add the chopped butter, stirring to allow it to melt and combine with the lemon mixture. 2 The cream is strong and tangy, so taste it first and then spread it to see how much is needed. 3 Prepare the orange cream in the same way.
