Lemon chicken wings
Last Updated on
The wonderfully fresh and sweet lemon chicken wings will sweep you off your feet. Serve with a nice wine and let the party begin.1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon grated ginger 1 tablespoon coriander powder 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Put the oven on the stove. Take a shallow baking dish and pour the wings into it.
Cut the citrus into cubes with the peel and peel. Toss in the baking dish. Grate the ginger into the mixture and season to taste. Drizzle generously over the wings.
Soak the wings in the oil – now it’s time to make a mess. Squeeze the citrus well to release the juices. Finally, pour the water into the pan so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Place the wings in the oven, drop the lid down to 180C. Leave to stand for an hour, stirring occasionally. Add more water if the base is in danger of drying out.
Finish by giving the wings a good bake under the grill racks or by returning the oven to the oven.
Serve the lemon chicken wings immediately and have plenty of paper towels handy!
At the end of the cooking process, the chicken wings are ready to be cooked.
