Lemon chicken thighs
ingredients
4 pcs chicken thighs 3 pcs lemon a little olive oil to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 KL dried herb mix
procedure
1. Wash and dry the chicken thighs. In a jar, mix olive oil, juice of one lemon, salt, pepper and dried herb mixture (thyme, rosemary, garlic…) 2. Place the chicken thighs in the marinade and leave them there for at least two hours, but preferably overnight. 3. Place the meat on the grill with the lemons cut into wedges. Grill the thighs for about 8 minutes on each side.
