-1 lb chicken breasts
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-1/4 cup lemon juice

First, Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place flour in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
