Lemon Beans

Preserved green beans topped with melted butter seasoned with salt, coriander and pepper, finally drizzled with lemon juice, served warm.

Ingredients:

1 can of green beans in brine 60 g butter 1 tbsp grated coriander or parsley 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground celery pepper juice of 1 lemon

Procedure:

1. Drain and cut the beans in half, spread them out in a bowl
2. Pour the hot melted butter over the prepared beans, to which salt, pepper and coriander or parsley sprigs have been stirred before removing from the heat
