Lemon and Ricotta Tart in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for lemon and ricotta pie in Thermomix,a superb gourmet pie with the tangy taste of lemon and the freshness of ricotta, an easy and simple dessert to make in Thermomix to finish an elegant meal.
Ingredients:
1 homemade shortcrust pastry ( recipe here ) 500 g ricotta 150 g powdered sugar juice and zest of 1 lemon 3 eggs
Preparation:
Prepare the shortcrust pastry then roll it out in a pie pan and prick it with a fork.
Insert the whisk into the thermomix bowl, and put the eggs and sugar then set 3 minutes on speed 3.
Add the ricotta, lemon zest and juice then set 2 minutes on speed 4.
Pour the mixture into the bottom of the pie then bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Remove your lemon ricotta pie from the oven then allow to cool and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
