1 kg potatoes 50 ml mashed lemon 100 ml olive oil 100 ml almond cream 1 pinch of ground black pepper 1 pinch of salt

Wonderful side dish for fish 🙂 1. Boil the potatoes in salted water 2. Then drain the water, gently mash and add olive oil. 3. Toss and add the almond cream. Blend everything into a porridge. 4. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Note: Some potatoes are drier, in that case add more cream 🙂 Enjoy!
