Leftover Dumplings with Maple

Steamed dumplings topped with warm klevel or diluted plum jam, served as a side dish for example with smoked or roasted meat, etc.

Ingredients:

10 pcs of bread dumpling slices 6 tbsp 50 g butter

Procedure:

1. Heat the dumpling slices in a steamer well
2. Pour hot klevel or puddings diluted with water over them and drizzle melted butter on top.
