Leeks and potatoes in cream sauce with Cookéo
Here we take a classic and most simple dish,Leeks and potatoes with cream with Cookéo, the preparation takes no more than 20 minutes.
Ingredients: 4 diced potatoes 4 leek whites in slices 1 minced onion 2 chopped garlic cloves 1 egg yolk 2 tablespoons of fresh cream 1 chicken stock diluted in 25 cl of water 2 teaspoons of oil one of chives Salt and pepper Preparation:
In “Browning” mode pour the oil into the pan, then sauté the onion, leeks and potatoes.
Stop the “Browning” mode, then pour the chicken broth into the tank and mix. Then choose the “Quick cooking” or “Pressure cooking” mode, then start cooking for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the cream, mix the fresh cream, egg yolk and chives, then pour it over the leek-potatoes at the end of cooking.
