200 g leek 300 g potatoes 40 g butter 40 g plain flour to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 1 dl cream 1 pk egg yolk
step
1. Cut the cleaned leek into rounds, fry in butter, dust with flour, fry until pink and cover with water. 2. Then add the cleaned potatoes cut into cubes and season with salt. 3. When the potatoes are soft, set the soup aside and add the cream beaten with the egg yolk and ground black pepper.
