1 pk leek 1 pk carrot 2 pk potatoes to taste salt 1 pk parsley 1 tbsp butter bread croutons to taste vegeta to taste pepper
procedure
1. 2. Wash, clean and cut the carrots and parsley into rounds. 3. Add to the leeks. Fry in a tablespoon of butter. 4. Add the diced potatoes. 5. Cover with water. Boil for 15 minutes. 6. Serve with croutons.
