Leek soup thickened with potato

ingredients

1 pcs large leek 2 pcs larger potato 2 dl milk pcs water 1 tsp salt pcs oil

1.

Slice the large leek into thin rounds. (There are more in the photo because we had small thin ones from our garden).

Fry the leeks a little in oil, pour boiling water from the kettle and simmer.

Clean a large potato or two, chop finely and add to the pot. Add more boiling water and cook until tender, about 20mins.

Rosmix.

Dilute with milk or add more water.

Add liquid to desired thickness, we like it thick, creamy, flavorful. Season with salt
