Leek flan with light ham

This is the recipe for Leek Flan with Light Ham, a delicious light dish with winter flavors.
Ingredients for 6 people: – 4 points / person –
4 leeks 250 g diced ham 3 eggs 250 ml skimmed milk 1 tablespoon cornstarch 60 g grated Parmesan 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 pinch grated nutmeg 1 teaspoon olive oil salt / pepper
Preparation:
Peel and then cut the leeks into pieces.
In a frying pan fitted with cooking paper heat the olive oil then cook the leeks for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add the cubed ham then mix and distribute them in a gratin dish.
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, add the cornstarch, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper and mix.
Pour the preparation over the leeks and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
Serve immediately with a good salad.
