Layered celery salad

0,7 dl boiled grated celery 1 can corn 1 can pineapple 2 pcs apple 200 g ham sausage 1 pcs leek 1 pcs tartar sauce or mayonnaise 200 g g grated hard cheese

A great fresh salad, easy to prepare and great for summer barbecues.

1. Cut the pineapple, apple and salami into smaller pieces (to taste), cut the leeks into crescents and grate the cheese. 2. Layer the ingredients in the bowl in order – celery, corn, pineapple, apple, ham sausage, leek, tartar or mayonnaise (we like mayonnaise better) and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. 3. Put the layered ingredients in the fridge for 2-3 hours – ATTENTION! DO NOT REFRIGERATE! Only after this time has elapsed, mix all the ingredients well and combine all the flavours. 4. If necessary, you can season the salad with salt or pepper.
