100 g quality dark chocolate 90 g granulated sugar 2 pcs eggs 2 pcs egg yolk 90 g semi-coarse flour 100 g butter

A popular chocolate cake with a melt-in-your-mouth interior.
1.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
2.
Blend the eggs, egg yolks and sugar together and slowly stir in the flour.
3.
Combine the two mixtures carefully so that the eggs do not curdle. Grease a muffin tin with butter and dust with cocoa or sugar( not flour).
4.
Pour the batter into the moulds and bake at 200 degrees for exactly 7 minutes.
