Lasagna with zucchini and ham
Here is the recipe for zucchini and ham lasagna, a tasty dish that is easy and simple to make for a meal with a good salad.
Ingredients for 6 people:
200 g of pre-cooked lasagna sheets 600 g of zucchini 150 g of cooked ham defatted in slices 1 ball of mozzarella ( 100 g ) 30 g of grated light Gruyere
For the béchamel:
30 g grated parmesan cheese 500 ml skimmed milk 40 g cornstarch 1 pinch nutmeg salt, pepper
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini then grate it.
Cut the mozzarella and ham into thin slices.
For the béchamel:
Heat a little milk in a saucepan then dilute the cornstarch.
Add the rest of the milk then let the béchamel thicken.
Remove from the heat add the salt, pepper, nutmeg and parmesan and mix well.
In a dish place a layer of béchamel then a layer of lasagna, a layer of ham and mozzarella slices then a layer of grated zucchini and cover with béchamel.
Repeat until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of béchamel and sprinkle with grated Gruyere.
