Excellent classic, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

1.

Place the flour, salt, sugar and milk in a bowl. Crumble the yeast into the lake, let it sit for 15 minutes.

Knead and cut into 8 pieces. Roll each out and roll out into a round, the thinner the better.
