Langos like from the markets
ingredients
42 g fresh yeast 1/2 KL sugar 400 ml lukewarm milk 1/2 KL salt 500 g plain flour to taste garlic, cheese, ketchup, tartar sauce
procedure
1. Then add it to the flour, the remaining milk and the salt. Make a smooth dough, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. 2. On a floured board, shape the dough into loaves which you stretch out with your fingers into pancakes. Place the lángos in the hot oil and fry on both sides until golden. Place them on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess oil. 3. Serve rubbed with garlic, cheese, ketchup or tartar sauce.
