Practical recipe for your favourite lángos…
1.
Knead all the ingredients into a non-sticky dough. Brush the dough with oil and place in a large microtene bag. Place in the fridge for 24 hours
2.
From the microtene bag, take out the dough to form lángos, which we fry in oil
3.
The great advantage is that the dough will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days and you can make them progressively 🙂
