Lamb’s head soup

ingredients

1 g lamb head to taste salt 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 50 g onion a little whole black pepper

procedure

1. Chop the lamb’s head, remove the brain and wash the head well. Put it in salted water and after cooking for about half an hour add the cleaned washed root Vegetable Recipes, onion and whole pepper. 2. Strain the cooked soup, peel the meat from the head, cut it into small pieces and put it into the soup.
