Lamb tomahawk

1 pk lamb tomahawk pk olive oil 50 g montreal spice mix 4 pk cherry tomatoes pk lettuce mix pk black pepper pk balsamic vinegar

Try it, you won’t regret it.

1. Wash and dry the lamb tomahawk. 2. Rub both sides with olive oil and montreal spice mix. 3. Preheat a grill pan. 4. Grill the lamb tomahawk for 2 minutes on each side, 2 times. 5. Add cherry tomatoes between grilling times. 6. Transfer the lamb tomahawk and tomatoes to a Janska dish and bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for about 20 minutes. 7. Serve on a nest of mixed lettuce drizzled with balsamic vinegar and seasoned.
