500 g lamb a little oil 2 pk onion 1 KL dried garlic 1 tbsp ground sweet red pepper a little meat broth 100 ml light beer 2 pk bay leaf 200 g coloured peppers 3 pk whole black pepper 3 pk whole allspice 1 tbsp tomato puree 2 cloves garlic 2 leaves thyme to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add the diced meat, season with salt, dried garlic, ground pepper, stir and fry well. 2. Pour in the hot meat broth, add the bay leaf, whole peppercorns and simmer covered over low heat. After about 30 minutes, pour in the beer, add the diced peppers and top up the stock as needed. Simmer again until tender. 3. Add tomato puree, crushed garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to the meat. Serve with fresh bread.
